Feeding Children Everywhere

Our church is a member of the Richardson Interfaith Alliance (RIA).  We have opportunities during the year to participate with people of other faiths in community service sponsored by the RIA.  Several members took part in one of these activities Sunday afternoon, September 8 at the Richardson Civic Center where we assembled meals for hungry children. 

We enjoyed the fellowship we had working together and were grateful to have the opportunity to participate with other community members on such a worthwhile activity.  Several thousand meals were assembled and distributed to local food pantries.

This has been an annual event sponsored by the RIA.  Come join us next year for a fun and very gratifying experience!
