Teen Talk Interactive Workshop Series

A free workshop series open to all Christian Scientist and friends, ages 13-19.

The First Church of Christ, Scientist, Newport Beach CA Sunday School is pleased to announce its sponsorship of a national speaker series for young people of Sunday School age (13-19 ) and their friends.  These events feature successful Christian Scientists who are excellent role models.

The speakers selected represent a range of backgrounds and youth leadership skills.  The meeting will be both in-person in Newport Beach and on a private YouTube channel live-streamed nationally.  Speakers will talk for about 15 (20)  minutes leaving the remainder of the hour dedicated to interaction with the young people through chat room Q&A.

Participants need to register only once to attend all six events taking place over the calendar year 2025. The first session, Jan 5 with Barbara Blackwell is titled: “What’s in Your Suitcase?”   Barbara is the Chief Executive Officer for The Principia.
