"…Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God:"
(Mark 4:11)
Life is immortal. This was demonstrated by Jesus and is repeated in the Bible. How do we demonstrate immortality, too? In our sermon this week, we read, “Christian Science explains all cause and effect as mental, not physical.” Come join us this week. Learn how the body does not act on its own, nor feel on its own, and that our true selfhood is found in Christ, always whole and complete and never suffering or dying. Click the image for more.
"Sing praise to the Lord, all you who belong to Him. Give thanks to His holy name."
(Psalm 30:4)
Each year Christian Science churches around the world celebrate a special Thanksgiving service. We read aloud a special sermon in praise of all the ways God — divine Truth and Love — blesses mankind. We also provide a brief period for those in attendance to give testimonies appropriate for the service. You are welcome to join us!
“…Let the hearts of those rejoice who seek the Lord!” (I Chronicles 16:10)
Thanksgiving Day is a day of gratitude, and for Christian Scientists gratitude is an important element in healing. We feel gratitude for good things in our lives. But gratitude is even more -- the spiritual sense of our universe as the expression of God, who is all good. Join us this Thanksgiving Day. Our service begins at 10:00 a.m. We hope you will invite your friends and family to be a part of our church family for this healing service.

"…yield yourselves unto the Lord, and enter into his sanctuary, which he hath sanctified for ever:"
(II Chronicles 30:8)
Our sermon this week focuses on the distinction between what is mortal and what is immortal, and explains the fact that man is immortal. “In Science, man’s immortality depends upon that of God, good, and follows as a necessary consequence of the immortality of good” (Science and Health page 277). Can you demonstrate this? Yes! A spiritual view of the Bible yields important answers to how your immortality is real and how to demonstrate it. Click the image for more.
“The LORD is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works.”
(Psalm 145:9)
God's tender love and watchful care for us is our subject for this Wednesday at 7:30 pm. We hope you'll join us. Click the image for more.

"Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright: for the end of that man is peace."
(Psalm 37:37)
The biblical story of man’s creation takes on a new meaning when considered from the standpoint of infinite Spirit. What is man in the realm of Truth? Do matter, sin, and death play any part in man’s real existence? And how does it relate to your everyday life? Come hear this uplifting sermon. Click the image for more.

“Mankind will be God-governed in proportion as God’s government becomes apparent, the Golden Rule utilized, and the rights of man and the liberty of conscience held sacred.”
(My. 222:25–28)
The USA election is here. When all the votes are counted, some of us will rejoice that our candidate won, and some of us will be disappointed that our candidate lost. Now what do we do? Especially if our candidate lost! There is always an answer in prayer. Prayer that turns us to God as the true governing power over all mankind. The article below is a great resource to help us recognize God's government. Click the image for more.
"I cried unto thee, O Lord:…Bring my soul out of prison, that I may praise thy name:"
(Psalm 142:5,7)
We see the struggle with sin all around us...and within us. Science and Health tells us in this week's sermon: "Human philosophy, ethics, and superstition afford no demonstrable divine Principle by which mortals can escape from sin; yet to escape from sin, is what the Bible demands" (page 99). "Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:"
(Philippians 2:5)
Elections are upon us. In this seeming atmosphere of division and strife, how can we choose? How can we pray? How can we reach a higher view of the selection process? Join us Wednesday at 7:30 pm to hear how Samuel, the disciples, and Paul approached similar decisions. Click the image for more.
"...look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh."
(Luke 21:28)
“The evidence of man’s immortality will become more apparent, as material beliefs are given up and the immortal facts of being are admitted.” This important statement in our sermon from Science and Health begins with the vital fact that man is not a material, mortal being. And it ends with the clear implication that it is possible to overcome material beliefs of life and intelligence and know oneself as God’s perfect likeness. Click the image for more.

"God is the lawmaker, but He is not the author of barbarous codes. In infinite Life and Love there is no sickness, sin, nor death, and the Scriptures declare that we live, move, and have our being in the infinite God."
(Science and Health, page 381)
We will be singing hymns 329, 216, and 263. from the Christian Science Hymnal. Click the image for more.
"...your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, ‘This is the way, walk in it,’ when you turn to the right or when you turn to the left."
(Isaiah 30:21)
In Christian Science, atonement is not brought about by the reparation of the person; it is the individual demonstration of the man that God has made perfect and eternal. Come join us and hear this wonderful sermon speak to us about how atonement is a revelation of man being at one with God. “In returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and confidence shall be your strength” (Isaiah 30:15). "Harmony in man is as beautiful as in music, and discord is unnatural, unreal."
(Science and Health, page 276)
Compassion leads to harmony. When we love our neighbor as ourself, we find harmony and peace. Click the image for more.
"...Who am I, O Lord God?"
(II Samuel 7:18)
“Who am I?” states the Golden Text for this week. What does that have to do with the reality of sin, disease, and death? It gets to the question of whether man is an idea of Spirit or a material object. The opening statement from Science and Health is, “God does not cause man to sin, to be sick, or to die” (page 206). So we are talking about man as an idea of Spirit, an idea that is not born and does not die, but lives eternally as the image of God’s goodness and might. Click the image for more.

"The chaos of mortal mind is made the stepping-stone to the cosmos of immortal Mind."
(Unity of Good, page 56)
With disturbing and seemingly unprecedented headlines as disparate as those surrounding Hurricane Helene and FEMA, and the arrest of a famous musician on charges of sex trafficking, many people are aghast and ask, ‘what in the world is going on?’ Click the image for more.
"...We do not belong to the night or to the darkness."
(I Thessalonians 5:5)
After last week’s sermon on Reality comes this week’s sermon on Unreality. A sermon on Unreality teaches us to see sin, disease, and death as that which is unlike God, divine Love — as that which is actually not real. How does one prove this? At the heart of this proof is spiritual understanding, something that comes from Christ and is available to everyone. Join us for this uplifting and healing service! Click the image for more.
"... shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works."
(James 2:18)
We read in James that “faith without works is dead.” Christian Science is a religion that requires each of us to do the work, to demonstrate what Christian Science is for ourselves and the world. This week’s readings focus on doing the work! Click the image for more.
Reality is symbolized by light. Isaiah 49 says, "You will tell the prisoners, 'Come out of your prison.' You will tell those in darkness, 'Come into the light.' The people will eat beside the roads. They will find food even on bare hills." To experience reality is to know Life, Truth, and Love with the certainty of light obliterating darkness. Real Life "[resists] all that is unlike good," (S&H page 393) and you experience it in healing of every discordant situation. Come join us. Click the image for more.

"Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."
(Matthew 6:33)
Is there more than one law of supply? No. The only law of supply is spiritual. We do not have to be troubled by human opinions of a material supply-and-demand imbalance. From beginning to end, the question of supply is a question of the supply of truth. And Truth, as taught in Christian Science, is the law of unending goodness and satisfaction. As Mrs. Eddy states, "For right reasoning there should be but one fact before the thought, namely, spiritual existence" (Science and Health, page 492). Come hear our Pastor's brief message and stay for the testimonies of healing. Click the image for more.
“Why make an idol or an image that can't do a thing?”
(Isaiah 44:10)
“Divine Science deals its chief blow at the supposed material foundations of life and intelligence. It dooms idolatry. A belief in other gods, other creators, and other creations must go down before Christian Science.” These opening words from Science and Health (page 535) in this week’s sermon summarize the case for Christian Science against the suggestion that matter is a self-constituted power. Come and hear this message of Truth. Learn how it fulfills all of mankind’s hopes and cures all sin and disease. Click the image for more.
Christian scientific practice begins with Christ’s keynote of harmony, “Be not afraid!”
(SH 410:29–30)
What kind of courage does it take today to be a spiritual healer in the face of constant pressure from the material, medical world? What dire consequences are predicted if we choose a different route than commonly accepted medical remedies? These are not new challenges, people have been facing them for thousands of years. Join us Wednesday at 7:30 pm to hear some of these stories in the Bible of those who faced up to these challenges. And hear corresponding citations from Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures about how we can face these fears today. Click the image for more.

“It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High:. . . O Lord, how great are thy works! and thy thoughts are very deep.”
(Psalm 92:1,5)
The word substance refers to whatever is real, tangible, and unimpeachable. How do we identify substance? The Bible makes it clear that substance is spiritual, not material. We read in Hebrews, “Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Come to our service on Sunday and learn to see how substance exists today in your own life, and how to demonstrate the substance of Spirit in every moment. This Wednesday is 9/11. A date that the United States will always remember as the day of our country's worst terrorist attack. So, what should we be remembering on this day? How should we be thinking about those who rejoiced in those attacks? Jesus instructed us in his sermon on the mount to "Love Your Enemies." Can we truly love these people? Really? Join us Wednesday evening at 7:30 to hear from our pastor on this subject. Learn how it really is possible to love all mankind. Click the image for more.
“…we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.”
(Romans 8:37)
The reality of man is so different from the delusion of the material senses that we require a spiritual vision to see it clearly. The story of Jacob wrestling with the angel illustrates the struggle of materialism to usurp this spiritual vision, and the inevitable victory of Spirit over material errors that would separate and destroy God’s likeness.
